While we are an electronic service and sales center, we are also much more. We know that home devices are more than just hunks of technology. People use these devices on a daily basis, to keep up with work, to stay in touch, or to record and share precious family moments. Because they are so much a part of our daily lives, these devices become connected to us on a personal level. That personal connection is something we strive to reflect in our daily operations. Edit; after leaving my honest review, the “boss man” responded with threats afterwards. you can see the bullying response in pics. He claims I was in his store for 45 minutes, and that I’m some how threatening him because I state how many google views I have. Nope 2 both. threats did not come, it was a statement of fact, and no I give a darn if I have 1 follower. I brought it up cuz they asked for a review!First he lies about how long I was there. I only looked at 3 laptops! for “45” minutes, 😩 right, second he claims he has footage of me, ok? Yep deff not gonna be back, but now he threatens me with “legal” action? Wow talk about someone who protests too loudly. I also for the record think the assistant was awesome.- I am very disappointed by how I was just treated here.I feel like the “boss man” has a need to learn basic customer service. I walk in wanting to get prices and inspect what they have in the Apple laptop line as my photo work flow is slow and I needed a Mac laptop to make things work. I’m not able to drop a ton but I want a good deal if I can find one. The assistant who is more professional and respectful listened and heard what I needed and recommended a couple of different Macs, as I was inspecting the finish of the laptop the “boss man” visibly got agitated and demanded I do it over the counter, while also telling the assistant to show me the other one they had. then he proceeded to take the mac, from me and placed it on the counter in front of him. All while “helping” his other customer.Meanwhile other customers are enter the store and he give me the loud, what do you want it for series of questions the assistant already asked and was tending to already. He was off grabbing the only other laptop they had per his instructions. So, normally this kind of petty stuff is not problem for me but prior to the unprofessional outburst the assistant convinced me to give these folks a five star review in exchange for a screen cover replacement, cool. I can do that.But then after this frosty exchange with the “boss man” I give my phone to the assistant after I say no I will not be needing to look at any more macs. As my phone is taken back they give it right back to me and demand I give them a 5 star “review” before any work is even done! This goes back and forth, I’m trying to be nice, and polite but how am I supposed to give a honest review if they don’t even do the work?The “boss man” responds with the lame “it’s company policy” excuse. Oh really? It’s company policy to commit review fraud?They said they would be happy to take my $15 before they would do what they said they would do for a free review! Computers R Us have done several repairs for me. They repaired my laptop after I had already taken it somewhere else first. They are professional and have so much expertise. The whole staff is friendly and courteous. They will help with any technology needs. The whole staff goes above and beyond and out of their way to take care of any need. I bought a refurbished laptop from this place. It ended up having some hard-to-find hardware issues with the keyboard, but they fixed it up for me. If they make an oversight or mistake, they make it right by the customer which matters 100% more than getting it right the first time imo! I'll be sure to come back if I need anything repaired in the future
