Reasonable prices and these guys really do their best to take great care of your electronics and they honestly stand by their work. They were highly recommended to me. I read a lot of the reviews and actually started laughing out loud when I saw one guy had edited his review because another company told him if he gave these guys a bad review, they would give him a great price on the work they did for him. Only they didn't fix the problem and he ended up going to Computers R Us to get the issue fixed. The fact that a company would stoop to such low tactics rather than (and because!) they won't put in the work to earn the great reputation that these guys at Computers R Us have is astounding and quite pitiful to me. Stick with people who actually care. They are my go to guys for all my electronics now.

These guys are the BEST of the best! Honestly Jordan and Collin were two of the most helpful and kind technicians that I have EVER worked with. Don't go anywhere else, I promise you will be extremely satisfied with their professionalism and kindness!

Id like to give 3 &1/2 ⭐⭐, but they were impossible for me to find trying to use my phone it took me all over to get here. The guys were ok friendly, very direct & dry but polite. Liked the living room atmosphere & Christian music playing. Went there 4 my son b/c he said they had a good rating on yelp. They did a great job replacing the screen on his lap top & even got a dent out while replacing. I just felt the price was a little too steep. So... price & location were the reason for the lack of the remaining stars. I would use them again tho.

I had my iPhone 7+ screen completely shredded and Colin helped me out! The prices are affordable, he made sure that my speakers & camera still worked before he gave me my phone back- just overall a great experience!

I have visited here a few times and am always satisfied when I leave! They don't take a crazy amount of time to fix a broken screen or put a screen protector on and the prices are literally hard to beat. A good $100 cheaper than anywhere else you'd go to fix a screen. Definitely would recommend going to see Damian (hopefully I spelled that correct...) and the team for any phone fixing needs :)

I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced and the dudes there are super nice, really knowledgeable and articulated everything they did and helped me with my laptop as well. Great place, and you can use your student discount for 5$ off only cost me 65$. What a deal! Heckya

Computers R Us SAVES the day again! I have come here a few times in the past with my families phones and laptops when they needed a fix, but never left a review. I felt like this time highly deserved a review. My dad sadly passed away a couple of months ago and my old dinosaur of a phone, an HTC, had pictures and texts from him on it. Unfortunately, I had it stored for so long I didn't know it wouldn't charge anymore to retrieve said pictures and texts. I immediately called Damien at Computers R Us and he said to bring it right in, it probably just needed a charging port repair. He understood the importance of this getting done as quickly as possible so he got me in that day and within about 2 hours, he not only repaired the charging port, but he also transferred all of the pictures and texts onto a thumb drive for me at no extra cost! Talk about going above and beyond! These guys aren't out for a quick buck. They genuinely love what they do and are extremely kind people. PLEASE give them a shot if you are looking for some place to have your electronics repaired, you won't regret it.

I came in with a busted computer screen that geek squad would be anywhere from 600 to 800$ to fix. Being a broke college kid I unfortunately do not have that kind of money laying around. SO, after my mom did some research she came upon computers r us. I saw what great ratings they had and figured what do I have to lose. Walking into the shop you get a great feeling, there are signs everywhere with cute sayings on them, local honey and more. When you walk up to the counter the person helping you looks you straight in the eye and gives you a honest price. Which I would like to mention was half of what geek squad wanted. Told me it could take up to 4 weeks for parts to come in...they were in 2 which was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with computer issues. Great crew and great prices.
