Seeking a Computer Repair Technician in our Kennesaw, GA Computer Repair Shop
We're searching for a highly driven and motivated Computer Technician. Therefore, our ideal candidate would be a person that has exceptional time management, excellent communication and organizational skills. This team member will also be responsible for selling phones, computers, phone cases, cables, and screen protectors as well as the repairs themselves. Inventory management is a requirement for this position.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all services performed meet the company’s quality standards
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations
- Maintain positive work environment
- Disassemble, test and replace defective parts
- Reassemble complete device
- onsistently and accurately use the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system to enter, track and close all client transactions
- Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client data
- Support productivity by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner
- Can work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering, high quality work

Technician Performance Metrics:
For performance evaluations, the following will be considered.
- Financial performance of the store
- Attendance and promptness
- Compliance with policies and procedures
- Satisfactory performance of the duties and responsibilities listed above
- Number of faulty and broken devices
- Strong computer proficiency, both hardware and software
- Average servicing times
- Professional demeanour towards customers, especially when handling customer complaints
- Overall attitude and teamwork
Responsibilities and Duties:
- servicing and diagnosing cell phones, tablets, computers and gaming systems
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computer devices
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide estimates to customers
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and in turn creating promoters of the brand
- Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
Recommended Skills:
- 3-5 years of servicing cell phones, tablets, computers and gaming systems
- Proven ability to learn new, required skills to ensure the best possible customer experience
