I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced and the dudes there are super nice, really knowledgeable and articulated everything they did and helped me with my laptop as well. Great place, and you can use your student discount for 5$ off only cost me 65$. What a deal! Heckya

Computers R Us SAVES the day again! I have come here a few times in the past with my families phones and laptops when they needed a fix, but never left a review. I felt like this time highly deserved a review. My dad sadly passed away a couple of months ago and my old dinosaur of a phone, an HTC, had pictures and texts from him on it. Unfortunately, I had it stored for so long I didn't know it wouldn't charge anymore to retrieve said pictures and texts. I immediately called Damien at Computers R Us and he said to bring it right in, it probably just needed a charging port repair. He understood the importance of this getting done as quickly as possible so he got me in that day and within about 2 hours, he not only repaired the charging port, but he also transferred all of the pictures and texts onto a thumb drive for me at no extra cost! Talk about going above and beyond! These guys aren't out for a quick buck. They genuinely love what they do and are extremely kind people. PLEASE give them a shot if you are looking for some place to have your electronics repaired, you won't regret it.

I came in with a busted computer screen that geek squad would be anywhere from 600 to 800$ to fix. Being a broke college kid I unfortunately do not have that kind of money laying around. SO, after my mom did some research she came upon computers r us. I saw what great ratings they had and figured what do I have to lose. Walking into the shop you get a great feeling, there are signs everywhere with cute sayings on them, local honey and more. When you walk up to the counter the person helping you looks you straight in the eye and gives you a honest price. Which I would like to mention was half of what geek squad wanted. Told me it could take up to 4 weeks for parts to come in...they were in 2 which was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with computer issues. Great crew and great prices.
